The Holliday House with Kenneth Holden

Kenneth Holden has resided in Marion, SC, all his life. His family has maintained residence in the area for over three hundred years. As a child, the town’s history always intrigued him. From an early age, he began digging to find the unique quarks of the town. Mr. Holden experienced many more paranormal incidents as he grew. Finally, in the Fall of 2013, a local paranormal group recommended that he apply to join an organization. So he did and would, for six years, be part of the Warren Legacy Foundation until he retired. While working with this organization, he would interview a new friend, Jennifer Vanboskerck. Even after retirement,t they have maintained a wonderful friendship. This exact friendship would lead them to both living in an unusual location. The location is now known as the Holliday House. In the Fall of 2023, Jennifer Vanboskerck would be in search of a new home. At the reference of Mr. Holden, she would call and one day own The Smith Collins Funeral Home. A few months later, Mr. Holden moved in with his friend to help renovate the home. During their tenure on the location, many occurrences made them suspect it had more than a few spirits. From scratches to full bruises, walking, full conversations, and partial apparitions each night became more unsettling. Researching a case on location and living in one full time are two opposite ends of the spectrum. Most paranormal teams don’t grasp that what they’re doing at a location for a night is not what an owner experiences daily.
